How do I qualify for the Rewards?

• Opt in to promotion before placing your qualifying bets. 
• Qualifying bets must: 
  i. Be placed using funds from your Real Cash balance.
  ii. Be placed on either Manchester City or Crystal Palace to win - match betting - 90 min.  
  iii. Be placed by 16:30 UK time on 17.05.25. 

Bets that do not qualify are considered as:

• Cashed out or partially cashed out bets.   
• Void bets, Bet Boosts, SP bets, Virtual Markets, Special Markets, Enhanced Acca and bets placed with Bonus Funds.

Rewards Specific Conditions:

Upon qualification:

• your bet will be paid at the normal price.     
• you will have the extra amount credited in Free Bets, shortly after settlement, bringing your total returns up to the enhanced price of 40/1.

Using the Reward :

• Click on “Use my Free Bet” to use your Free Bet.   
• Can be used on any sports market unless stated in the restrictions;   
• Cannot be used on Virtual Sports;   
• Can be used as one whole bet or as a number of smaller bets;

• Must be placed separately from Real Cash bets.

Expiry:

• Free Bets will expire 7 days after being awarded if not used.

Bonus expiry is to be calculated from when the Free Bet, Bonus or Free Spins or Ticket is awarded to your account. For example, with a 7 day expiry, if the bonus is awarded on Monday at 16:00, you will have until the following Monday at 16:00 to complete the bonus. Any unused funds will expire and be removed from your bonus balance.
